Herc… was sold as a bottle kid to a homesteading /hobby farm. I was fortunate enough to be given the opportunity to bring him back to Old Mountain Farm in the summer of 2018. We were very happy to see how nicely he had matured and after breeding him to a few of our does we moved him to a friend’s farm down south to live out the remainder of his life. Herc was a small powerful polled buck with some of the thinnest most pliable skin I have ever seen on a buck. His dam had a beautiful productive collapsible mammary system with lovely attachment all the way around and very globular texture. I am grateful for the one Hercules daughter that we retained for our herd and for the one son that we brought back to our farm.
